Pil Hoon Seu is the founder and owner of Coffee Libre in Korea, importing green coffee for roasters across the country as well as roasting for cafes and online retail. I’ve had the pleasure to travel with Pil to origin and even visit their headquarters in Seoul, which is where we had this conversation.
