Happy New Year to all of our listeners! 2015 is upon us and this is the best time of year to review your prior year and see what’s ahead for the next year. “Your system is perfectly optimized for the results you are currently getting."
Chase hits on the exponential power that dominos have in continuing a series of events leading to bigger and bigger things, a topic touched upon in the Gary Keller book “The ONE Thing.” You can have amazingly lofty goals, but you need to make sure you’re getting all of your small goals knocked out in order for those lofty goals to become within your reach.
Are you setting resolutions or are you setting SMART Goals? What gets measured gets managed. So, what are SMART Goals?
We take time in today's show to run through portions of our goals for 2015 covering everything from Robby’s personal goals regarding travel, to Chase’s desire to start consistently having a “date night” with his wife.
Chase recommends that Robby look into two Apps for mediation: Headspace and Calm. These might assist with a health goal of learning to meditate. Both apps use simple, guided meditation to help the user start a consistent practice.
Chase is working on slimming down a few pounds as they have slowly added up over the past few months. Chase is going to get out of Texas and spend two months up in Southern Illinois where his wife’s family is located.Robby is working on saving up for the sailboat he wants to purchase in 2016.
As a big goal for our listeners, Chase and Robby are want to present deals for our listeners come April through Note MBA. We want to provide these assets for those that are hesitant to jump in on their own or have had trouble closing a deal on their own.
One more thing we’re lining up for our listeners. Chase is looking at turning is “Daily Practice” ritual into a book, so be on the look out for that. If you have any questions, comments, or a rich uncle, be sure to send us a message at: [email protected].
Listen to this week’s show and learn:Thanks for listening to our show! We’ll be back next Wednesday morning.
Cheers,
Chase & Robby
