In todays episode, 006, I talk about the importance of taking time to reset and rest.
Feeling overwhelmed is something many teens and students struggle with on a daily basis. Taking time for yourself on the other hand is often described as unproductive and as a waste of Time. In this episode I dive into why its actually the opposite and why taking the time to reset and to rest is, in reality, one of the most productive things you can do ! It can help relieve the feeling of pressure many of us carry on our shoulders every day. In this episode I give a few ideas of daily or weekly activities you can do to reset your body and mind.
This is honestly something I have a hard time accepting myself. My goal for this episode is to help some of you that struggle with this as well ☺️
