A while back we posted a graph on Instagram showing the different stages of personal growth. We were blown away at how well the post did and how much it was shared. We were also intrigued to see where people saw themselves. Based on the response, we thought it would be appropriate to dive a little deeper by writing an essay around the importance of not staying comfortable.
