Every business has it challenges. Over the past 5 years as an independent Nurse Consultant I've learned that as your business grows and evolves, so do you. If you want to run an efficient and profitable firm, you'll be forced outside of your comfort zone. 

In this week's episode, I'm taking you behind the scenes in an unscripted, unedited, very transparent look into what worked and what didn't work in my consulting firm in 2018. This wasn't an easy episode to produce because it forced me to become extremely vulnerable. However, I also understand that this is a learning opportunity for you.
