Often the world tells us to focus on our dreams, goals, and desires if we want to achieve them. And while vision and focus on what you want is important, it’s not everything.

For an example in my own life, I remember closing in on 30 years old focusing so much on my desire for a husband, only to find myself more frustrated, empty, and more without the very thing I desired.

It was only when I adjusted my focus from my desire to the Giver of our my desires that He showed me exactly what needed to change in ME in order to prepare me for that desire so that I could steward it well, have it for the long hall, and ENJOY it the way God designed it.

I hope this episode encourages you to stay faithful in the waiting and challenges you to look at your focus and adjust if needed.
