Today we're talking about why you shouldn't be trying to recruit ANYONE and EVERYONE onto your team, and we're also going to talk about how I use an application process to be selective about who I allow to join me in my business….and why you may want to do the same.
The biggest feedback I've gotten so far from listeners is that you want more information on online marketing and sales funnels! So - today we're talking more about funnels and specifically how I have mine setup so that I have people applying to join my team - like, asking to join my team vs me having to go out and beg people to join me. This is something you can implement for yourself, if it resonates with you.
Some of the things we're going to discuss in this episode can be a little counter-intuitive - because I find that most network marketers feel like they want to recruit anyone and everyone that they can - and that's also definitely how I felt when I started. I remember thinking: if I can just recruit like 5 people, and then they can recruit 5 people and so on and so on - oh my gosh, that will totally change my life! But I've learned some lessons since then....
So - I want you to walk away from the episode with an understanding of 2 things:
1 - Why you don't want to recruit everybody and anybody
2 - The process that I make people go through when they want to join my team, including actually APPLYING to join my team, which is part of my automated recruiting funnel.
