Earning Respect by Praising Others

This cannot be “fake praise” just for the sake of praising someone. You need to give praise when and where it is deserved. 

Praise is a powerful tool in your arsenal of “leadership weapons.” When used properly, it will move you forward. If used incorrectly, it will move you backwards
