Have you gained the quarantine 15? Today's episode gives 5 tips on how to get back on track to eating a healthy and shedding those unwanted pounds. 
1. Eat 2/3 of your daily calories in the first 2/3 of the day.
2. Intermittent Fasting - From dinner to breakfast you should fast for 12-14 hours.
3. Do a detox and reset your metabolism.
4. Swap out ingredients. Use almond flour instead of flour, coconut sugar instead of sugar, etc.
5. Portion control - Eat smaller portions.
Overall if it comes from a plant eat it but if it is made in a plant don't eat it!
