This episode was A Lot of fun to make. I was in a great mood and just being silly. There are a few times when I took some detours to tell a few stories from my past and made myself laugh. It was a good time and I hope you enjoy, I am really starting to dig my time in front of this mic talking to you.

I talk about another BIG fight with my wife, but we really found some value and communicated in a way that was necessary for our growth as a couple. It wasn't pretty, but I think it will set us on the right path to grow together and not only survive but thrive together for the rest of the experiment!

Tonight I talk about how EVERYTHING is a choice. yes even... especially your emotions. I talk about how to control your emotions and how to frame your toughts and emotions in a more helpful way that allows for more effective communication!
