007 - Tiffany Hammond: Managing a High-Level Influencer

Listen Later

How you respond to the word “no” says a lot about your character and drive for success. By continuously adding value to others, it’s reciprocated in even larger ways in the long run. Our guest this week dives deep into the importance of giving instead of taking and how to rethink the way we respond to the word “no”.

This week, I am talking with Tiffany Hammond, Director of Operations behind Hal Elrod International. Getting her start as an unpaid intern in 2015, Tiffany quickly became Hal Elrod’s Executive Assistant and is now his Second-in-Command. During this conversation, Tiffany shares with us the importance of preserving and nurturing relationships, both personally and professionally, as well as recognizing the opportunity behind the word “no”.

As she shares how to turn a “no” into a “yes”, we learn that if you lead with genuine authenticity, transparency, and a natural desire to help others, then nothing is off-limits in life.

Topics Discussed:

  • Using your past as a way to think differently
  • Adding value to the relationships you work with
  • Using “no” as a way to grow in your own business
  • Preserving and nurturing relationships after hearing “no”
  • Benefits of knowing someone on a personal level & a professional level
  • How to turn a “no” into a “yes” (and why “no” just means “not now”
  • Why patience is always more beneficial and rewarding in the long run
