Meet Tené Dowling. Originally from Bermuda, she now lives in the UK, but she's been all over the world. I loved listening to her...and not just because of her beautiful accent but her beautiful message.

It may sound a bit cliché but not when it's about Tené. She gives real world examples of the ups and downs, which have defined her road travelled. All in all she says she wouldn't change a thing!

Tené is now on a path of advocacy. She's passionate about helping to shed light on what is such a misunderstood and underestimated condition. In helping you understand her, she hopes you'll see ADHD is not about being a rude child or bad parenting, it's about genetics and brain chemistry and never giving up.
