Brian Saah made his debut for Leyton Orient at 16 years old as a central midfielder before converting to a central defender. Over the years Brian Saah went to play for Cambridge Utd, Torquay Utd, Dagenham & Redbridge and Woking.
He is now a football coach at Leyton Orient taking up the challenge of lead coach for the youth team ahead of the new season. Brian and I talk the importance of culture at a football club, creating the right environment, 5 culture models, fans just want to see you care and more.
