In this episode, Lindsey Meringer tells us about his work with special forces in the army; he entered basic training at the age of 27. He graduated training at the age of 29, whereas the average age of his peers was around 27. The training is so long and intense; it requires a certain level of maturity. Amanda Schneider is a Nebraska native, but has lived in Colorado for the past five years and considers this state her forever home. Amanda’s interest in real estate was initially sparked in 2014 when she and Lindsey purchased their first investment property. As their investment portfolio grew, so did their desire to help others in their real estate endeavors.
