Dillon Ceglio (@dillonceglio) originally from New Jersey, headed west off of a mindset that he can not only set goals but go beyond the original goals he starts out with. Whether its working for a bigger company or trying to launch his own, he's really the value of trying different experiences and finding lesson in all of it rather than seeing it as a "failure".
