In this episode, Leeon shares with you how launching her Instagram Marketing Course messed with her mindset and imposter syndrome kicked in.
In this episode, we''ll cover:
It's almost as if everyone's eyes are on you. People stare your pages and posts more than usual to determine if you're worthy of launching what you are launching.
In Episode 7, she went through all the prep she did to launch her course but the night before launch date she said "If no one buys my course, I can still sell my 5 e-books" Crazy right. That was imposter syndrome speaking.
She woke tired and not feeling to show up and got her thinking "Who am I to launch a course, who do I think I am?" Find out how we got the confidence to power through.
The course was finally opened for enrollment and persons signed up on the first day. A feeling of overwhelm and happiness took over. I knew that their lives were going to be transformed and I was happy to be the guide to help them.
She revealed that there was a period when no one signed up at all. Then she started to think "How dare you launch a paid offering during a world pandemic, seriously?" But then it was someone on Instagram who motivated her to power through until the end.
That's the beautiful thing about starting something new. There are always lessons learned from the process. The lessons varied from realizing that taking action is the only way you'll become an expert at something, to understanding that some people will view you as competition and not support you and of course realizing that I would definitely do this again despite the huge amount of energy needed.
