This is Abi's story. Abi is a bonefide influencer with, at last check, over 22k followers on her Instagram account The White Thistle. Although we touch on this in this episode, we speak about so much more, especially the thought that no matter what is happening in your world right now, you have to believe that there is light over that hill.

There is a trigger warning with this episode that we do touch on the topics of rape, abortion and miscarriage, and if any of these topics are ones that you are uncomfortable with, please don't feel a need to listen. I hope you are able to though, as I feel they are important things to talk about, and Abi is a superstar for wanting to share what she has been through.
