008: NHL Awards, Coaching Musical Chairs and Stanley Cup Final Discussion

PJ and Zack start the episode off hot with some more golf talk. They discuss the US Open won by Matthew Fitzpatrick, then move on to how they feel given the recent news of more PGA players leaving for the LIV Golf Tour. The boys chat about the game of musical chairs that is NHL coaching jobs and who has been hired the last few days. The guys talk about the future absence of Nicklas Backstrom and then talk about who the best passer of their lifetime is. The NHL Awards were handed out Tuesday night and the fellas have some harsh words for the award voting system and the NHL "All-Star Teams" that were announced. PJ and Zack talk the Stanley Cup Finals, how Tampa and Colorado fair through the rest of the series and who takes it. The boys end the episode with an interesting idea from a random tweet regarding the NHL's Original Six teams and they give their opinion on how it could help the game!
