Eventually a career as an athlete comes to an end. Making that transition can be difficult, but it can be easier if you put in the groundwork while still playing. Eric Gryba did just that. By using his platform as an NHL defensemen to launch multiple businesses around his passion for cooking and hunting. Now he has a great starting point to launch his next career in a field he is passionate about.  In this episode Eric shares his mindset around starting his cooking brand Grilling with Gryba and how to leverage your position in sports to help set up life after it.
