Daniel Gefen is the #1 bestselling author of The Self Help Addict: Turn an Overdose of Information Into a Life of Transformation, and the host of “The Daniel Gefen Show” and “Can I Pick Your Brain?” podcasts. He also founded the Daniel Gefen Media Group, which helps others launch their own podcasts, and launched Podbooker.com, which allows podcast hosts and their guests easily link up. Through family history and personal experience, he’s fascinated by people’s relationships with money, and is driven to give back to his community.

    • Very important. Setting hard deadlines and and following through on promises made to others is key.

    • Daniel actually think fear is important, keeping us from taking reckless risks.

    • It’s important to take advantage of energy bursts to maximize productivity, but we also need to make the most of downtime in order to refresh.
    • There’s no one size fits all approach to day-to-day growth and success.

  • Why is Daniel so committed to giving back to his community?
    • Went through a financial rough patch, had to move out of his posh Los Angeles home, and went to a mentor for help. Mentor advised him that being part of a community ensures there will always be a comforting place for him and his family.

    • Couples counselling, drug rehabilitation, paying for other’s utility bills, even surgery.

  • Who has been the most impactful person in Daniel’s journey to do well and achieve financial success?
    • His wife.
