This week, we cover Chapter 2 of the 2010 ABS scoping requirements, specifically about scoping in private firms vs. public areas and certain parameters you need to know when you’re working on a project involved in a lawsuit. 

We also talk about the concept of parklets provided by cities where businesses can use public right-of-ways as dining areas during the pandemic as well as certain requirements and guidelines related to the program.
