I find safety such a fascinating topic, as it's such an important area to master in your life if you want to be fully expressed, and connected to yourself, to others, and to the world.

And so today I chat with dear sister, and Embodied Love & Relationship Coach, Rike John to explore how to cultivate safety within oneself, when relating with others, and why it is so crucial for intimacy and connection.

We discuss our own past challenges with safety within romantic relationships, some common misnomers around safety, and a perspective through which you can relate to safety that will improve how you connect in relationship.
