This week’s episode is SUPER special, because we got to record in-person
together! Hannah visited Holly in the Big Apple, the city that never
sleeps, the concrete jungle, and we had the most fun during her visit. In
years past, we might not have had such an easy, carefree time eating and
going out in the city because of food and fitness stressors. This is due in

Stay On Track While Traveling” or “How To Eat At Restaurants Without
Breaking Your Diet”, etc., so we answer those questions and debunk these
myths for you. We talk about what it looks like to actually be "healthy"
while eating out and breaking from your routine.
