Episode IX comes at you from the ATL where we catch up with our good buddy Jack Rubenstein! Rubes is a catcher for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets in the ACC, and he has been seeing the baseball well at the dish as of late! What’s interesting about Jack’s path in the college game is that he graduate transferred to Georgia Tech from Emory University a high academic Division III school in Atlanta. We walk through the transition from being a Division III outfielder who just wanted to be in the line up to an every staple behind the dish in his second year at GT! Jack spent summer 2018 with us @ WNY Strike Zone while he played for the PGCBL Champion Niagara Power where he put up All-Star numbers and really turned heads with his pop swinging wood. He got the chance to catch for the Macon Bacon in The Coastal Plains league when he was unsure about his future in baseball, and my goodness is the game & his team lucky to have him! An absolute dog behind the dish, a nightmare for opposing pitchers in the box, and he can find you a nice home in the area, Jack is our brother and we hope you enjoy what he has to say!
