We need to be willing, as men, to have uncomfortable conversation. More than that, we need to be willing to be uncomfortable. 

As we seek to be Courageous Leaders, Always Yearning for more Jesus we should expect opportunities to have uncomfortable conversations regularly. If you're not having conversations with others that force you to think, to speak truth, then you're passively going through life and likely unengaged from the world around you. 

We are to be in the world, not of it.
