But I've been feeling alone, isolated and a bit scared and it's not a great place to be mentally.
I just wanted to get it off my chest - what's happened to me, what I learned and what I'm doing about.
It's awkward sharing stuff like this but if it even helps one person, its worth it.
It's ok to not be ok.
And I'm not ok.
But I think I'm ok with that because I know I'll be ok again soon.
