Pharaoh Freeman is a man that wears many hats. A community leader, Organizer, Father, Networker, Artist Manager, etc. As a youth, he always felt like I had the ability to make a difference it's with that energy and passion he helped create the O.F.C (One Full Circle). The O.F.C is Directory is an international online community directory of Black-owned businesses, organizations and entrepreneurs based in Montréal, Canada.
