The Old Boys Network operates boldly and with great success in entrepreneurship, especially within tech, bio-tech and getting venture capital. The Old Boys Network has also successfully groomed a younger version of themselves, basically white males, who are commonly called "bropreneurs". These men have excluded women, especially women of color, from their promotional podcasts, their networking, financing and avenues of getting business help and publicity.
