Maël Corboz is a midfielder and captain for SC Verl of the 3rd Bundesliga in Germany. A 27 year old from the USA, Maël has played for both Rutgers and Maryland University, the Red Bulls, in the USL for Wilmington Hammerheads, for MSV Duisburg in the 2nd & 3rd Bundesliga, Go Ahead Eagles in Holland and more. His company ElevenGreen is making waves for its commitment to helping sports clubs become more sustainable. Of course we break down more on the company, the roots of starting a business and the possibility of failing. We discuss his journey up until this point, including set-backs, finding your role, and learning on the fly. We also dive deep into the concept of ego and it’s relationship with confidence and our best performances.
