Doc and Galdi recap the Capitals' latest come-from-behind win over former Caps Head Coach Bruce Boudreau and the New York Islanders. The Caps were down 4-1 at the end of the second period and it looked as if they were going into the All-Star break with a loss. Things changed, however, in the third period. Alex Ovechkin captured his second-straight hat trick. John Carlson, who is on track for a 100 point season, which would make him the 6th defense man to do so, added two more assists. Braden Holtby, who gave up four goals in the game (18 of 22 on shots), was pulled after the second period. Rookie Ilya Samsonov replaced the all-star in goal and did not allow a single goal on seven shot attempts. With this win, Samsonov now has won 10 straight decisions and became the first goalie ever in NHL history to win their first nine road decisions. Doc and Galdi discuss whether or not it's safe to say Samsonov is the Capitals' new number one goaltender.
