🔥[01-29] What changes when you stop doing more and start doing better

Monica Daniel: Strategically imbalancing the next phase of my physical lifestyle journey and debriefing on what I observed after achieving my intense physical challenge goals of performing in an Aerial Showcase and completing two Spartans in one day.

  • Switch to thinking about less is better, rather than thinking about how to do more. Shift from sledgehammer to scalpel and to get better on the fundamentals.
  • Focus on mobility where you learn how your body works. 
  • Add recovery where sleep and nutrition comes in, and consider having time off to have enough space for your body to recover.
  • Write down everyday the answer to the following prompt: “What did I do well today?” to see your strengths rather than weaknesses.
