Do you wonder how other “Women” find the time to do it all?
If you are nodding your head yes, I believe you (just like me) have one person we admire that seems to find the time to do it all!
It could be that the one person we have never personally met but found them on social media. And I’m not referring to Khloe or Kim Kardashian or someone else famous. I’m referring to one person you started following on Instagram.
The one account you follow where “she” seems to have it ALL together. “She” is able to fit it all in.
Now, you can’t stop checking in on her life,
You can’t stop comparing your life to hers, and
Wondering “how does she find the time?”

I believe mindset is our biggest obstacle in our efforts to gain more alignment in our lives, may very well be our mindset and nothing to do with not TIME.
I can relate to this first hand. I’m juggling a full-time corporate job that requires 60% travel, I’m running a coaching business on the side, I’m newlywed and a new mom. Limiting beliefs around time flood my mind every day, at any minute throughout the day. For every step I make in the right direction (in my business or personal life) I start to doubt myself and question am I spending my time in the right areas.
During today’s episode I’ll share my recommendations on how you can implement each best practice into your daily routine and how you gain more alignment when faced with the struggle “where do I find the time.”
