In this episode, I had the pleasure of talking to the incredible Luke Carthy. 

Luke describes himself as an eCommerce growth consultant specialising in strategy, search & conversion. I describe him as "Mr. Ecommerce" - he's always sharing really useful knowledge online, or even at in person events too.

We have a great conversation about how he got to where he is today, who inspires him in the industry, what he's succeeded and failed at, and even BLM too. Luke gives us a sneak preview into a project he's working on at the moment, amongst other things.
