Our first episode features the 202030 – The Berlin Fashion Summit’s opening speech from Prof. Dr. Michael Braungart, who is known as the ‘godfather of Cradle to Cradle.’ Prof. Dr. Braungart is originally a chemist, and turned his focus to the textile industry when he invented the Cradle to Cradle concept, in which all materials are designed to be kept in a continuous loop, through either a biological cycle or technical cycle. In his keynote address, Prof. Dr. Braungart delivers his wry – yet ultimately optimistic – take on the current state of human impact and the fashion industry.
