<p>In December 1982, Bullet Bob Armstrong turned against his friend Ron Fuller during a NWA World title match against Ric Flair setting off the feud that defined the Southeastern Championship Wrestling area. Bob Armstrong turned heel and battled the Tennessee Stud for months. Tragedy struck Bob Armstrong in the form of a weight lifting accident but Bob returned and begged forgiveness from Ron Fuller and offered to aid him in his fight against Arn Anderson and Jerry Stubbs.
