"Who am I?" and "what roll does my heart play?" is the north star of this podcast's conversations.
The conversations in this podcast have the intention to give us an opportunity to open our mind and heart allowing us to relieve suffering and shed the many layers of conditioning that have obstructed our capacity to connect with the wisdom of the heart. My hope is that we can reflect on the many ways we have lost our center and together, walk back to the way of our heart.
