There are enough critics. We need more solutions than problems.

It is our job as coaches, players and parents to set ourselves up for success. Bringing solutions to the challenges we face is the way to do that. If players are having trouble running, bring them tips on how to run. If the team is having trouble understanding the breakout, sit them down with a video and walk through it. This is about developing confidence in sports and in life.
