Dennis Martin is the President of Individual Life and Financial Services at OneAmerica®. He’s also a visionary. Today, Dennis is in the role that he set out to get 20 years ago. 

Throughout his career, Dennis has been incredibly deliberate and intentional. However, he realized through candid feedback that he wasn’t as ready for his dream role as he may have once thought. So, throughout this journey, Dennis chose to lean into and embrace the feedback.
