I just spent 4 magical days with soul family in the mountains and I have so much to share. I’m about to get real with you in this episode - it's about to go down.

My mission to create safe spaces to connect to ourselves and others got SO clear and confirmed these past couple days. Look, we can do all the inner work on ourselves, but if we don’t live it out - are we really doing anything at all?? If we don't embody it - live it, breathe, it, taste it, become it… as an extension of ourselves - are we really just wasting our time?? If we don’t share it with another (or many others) - are we really even living???!!!!

We are relational beings for a reason - we are MEANT to do this together. We are meant to feel alive in the presence of another. To see ourselves in another. You did not come to earth to play it safe - you came to earth to crack open & expand… and to do it publicly. With another human.. within community… intimately. They are mirrors, reflections and extensions of you.
