Born and raised in Sitka Alaska, Katie Riley is a fisherman, housing advocate, and is running for Sitka Assembly. I hiked with her to the summit of Harbor Mountain where we recorded a conversation about some of the issues Sitka is currently facing and her approach to dealing with them.
