Tim Johnston is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Li-Cycle. At time of recording (March 22), Li-Cycle is still a private company but is in discussion to merge with Peridot Acquisition Corp (NYSE: PDAC) to become listed on the New York Stock Exchange. So far the new entity will be under the symbol LICY.
