I see myself in my child, good and bad, all the time. I’m recognizing patterns in her life that she learned from me and seeing it from the outside it doesn’t look so good. She creates how she experiences the world around her from the stories she tells herself. We all do - so I started to think about how to change the stories we tell our selves. I recorded this episode at the beginning of October but didn’t take that next step to publish it. Which is some what ironic. So have a listen and I’d love to hear your thoughts.
