In this episode, I had the pleasure of welcoming my second guest, Rickelle Tallent, MS, RDN, LD. Rickelle is a registered dietician and she specializes in nutrition coaching for sport performance, but also works with many everyday people to help them with their health and nutrition goals. It was a very insightful conversation, during which we discussed Rickelle’s experience as a competitive dancer and gymnast, and how her experiences influenced her decision to become a registered dietician and begin working with people of all backgrounds. We also discussed many principles in nutrition regarding weight management and sport performance that you can utilize to reach your health and fitness goals whether you are a man or woman, athlete or non-athlete; it was a very fun conversation, and I know you’ll gain a ton of value from it.
