Will returns to the show to talk about the 2001 limited series STATIC SHOCK: REBIRTH OF THE COOL! Released to coincide with the launch of the Static Shock cartoon, Rebirth of the Cool was an attempt to revive the Milestone comics universe four years after the sudden cancellation of every title in the line, and features 15 year old Virgil Hawkins once again taking the name Static to save the heroes of Dakota City from a new threat.
