The basic premise? Wellness welding. What? "We offer girls and women the opportunity to step outside of their comfort zone and try something they have never done before. To see that they can do it. To question, 'What else can I do that I never thought possible?' We are not based in any one location but can come to you."
In keeping with the themes of resilience and hope, Shanen created Weld Like A Girl to help build confidence in women and young girls. She also offers this opportunity to corporations, non-profit organizations and other groups. She facilitates workshops throughout the United States and offers motivational speaking around the globe.
