Katelyn is almost 9 years old which makes her a few months older than Strongtown.

She has literally grown up in the gym and over the past few years has taken on the extra responsibility of being a big sister.

We talk about life, her feats of fitness, and amongst other things her favorite book which is "The Wild Robot" by Peter Brown.
