By using the voice memo app on your phone, to basically download and express your thoughts and emotions letting it all out in those sometimes very stressful moments, where situations or people trigger you into a spiral of red hot feelings.
Getting it all out then playing it back gives you a healthy space to then observe and Identify certain areas and moments in your life where you may not have been aware of certain feelings, or it just may give you space to put your feet in someone else's shoes. We get the space to RE think and then RE DO these moments over again but with a view of a realistic calm new reality.
