Amy is writer, artist, embodiment guide and student of the Great Mystery. After years of teaching and practicing yoga, she discovered the path that struck the deepest chord of Truth yet – The Deep Feminine. Her life is devoted to the ancient remembering and reclamation of Her through embodiment, ritual and deeper connection with each other and Mother Earth. She offers 1:1 work, group containers, in-person retreats, and currently lives in the woods of beautiful Colorado with her beloved, Alex.
