Instead, I’ll share with you the four different TYPES of goals that you can (AND SHOULD) set today! Best of all, they can be applied to any specific goal you want to tackle.

Sometimes, to set long-term, future goals, it’s best to explore your past. Try to answer these questions:

“What does my life look like in 3-5 years?”
