Cris is a film director and co-founder of Pachamama Films, a movie/television studio that makes films that highlight the resilience of the human spirit and inspire change. In this conversation, we talk about what makes up a good story and why people become invested in certain stories and some of the stories that Cris has told over the years that have had the biggest impact on him. We also talk about his own story of leaving his home country, Chile, at 18 to move to Canada and how he became a film director after years of working random jobs including working at Subway, liquor stores, cleaning carpets, and construction to name a few.
